However, installation dates and times may change due to supplier delays, engineer availability, safety issues, property access problems, unexpected pipework requirements, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

7. Gas Safety and Legal Compliance
Gas boiler work must be carried out safely and by appropriately qualified professionals. Customers should not attempt to install, modify, remove, or repair gas boiler components themselves.
MaxWarmth aims to follow relevant safety, installation, and legal requirements that apply to boiler installation work.
8. Building Regulations and Certification
Boiler installations may need to comply with Building Regulations. Where applicable, certification or notification may be handled by the registered installer or relevant competent person scheme.
Customers should keep any certificates, manuals, warranty documents, invoices, and installation paperwork safely. These may be needed for warranty claims, future servicing, insurance, or property sale records.
9. Products, Materials and Availability
Boiler models, controls, filters, parts, fittings, and other materials are subject to availability. If a selected product becomes unavailable, MaxWarmth may suggest a suitable alternative.
Any alternative product will be discussed with the customer before installation where practical.
10. Warranty and Guarantees
Boiler product warranties are usually provided by the manufacturer and may depend on registration, annual servicing, correct installation, and manufacturer terms.
Installation workmanship warranty, if provided, will be confirmed separately in your quote, invoice, or agreement.
Warranty may not cover:

14. Customer Changes to Work
If the customer asks to change the boiler type, location, controls, pipework, installation date, product choice, or scope of work after accepting the quote, MaxWarmth may revise the price and timescale.
No extra work will be carried out unless it has been agreed by both parties.
